Winter Holiday Rates .... Dec 17- Jan 08, 2011 ... $4200 week [extra nights $600]
Spring Break Rates.... March 20 through April 24, 2010. $3200 week [extra nights $450]
High Season [non-holiday] ..November- August.. $2800 week [extra nights $400 each]
Low Season .. September & Oct .. $1800 week [extra nights $250 each]

Rates are based on 6 persons & include taxes. $100@ extra person per week.

50% of rental fee due at time of reservation; balance due within 30 days of visit.
$500 security deposit due at reservation time
Full refund 60 days prior.
